By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
Unfortunately not - Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified or cancelled. The good news? You can return your order by mail or in store as soon as you receive your package.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.

All shipping costs, including returns costs are non-refundable.
Most regular-priced and sale merchandise can be returned within 30 days. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on CLEARANCE items
Upon receipt of your item, allow approximately 10 business days to process your credit. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional few days for the refund to be fully processed in your account.
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on paintona.com and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a variety of shipping methods. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of your choice. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout prior to the completion of your order. Please note that shipping times do not include processing time (items generally take 1-3 business days to process). For remote locations, please add an additional 2-5 business days to each shipping method's expected delivery time.
We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. ET will be processed the following business day. Due to a high volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated.
